The NASDAQ OMX Group has added new directors to its subsidiary boards, NASDAQ Stock Market, NASDAQ OMX PHLX and NASDAQ OMX BX. A total of 15 directors have been appointed for a term of one year.
The newly hired members include Stephen Barrett, managing partner of Barrett Associates, and John Fry, president at Drexel University. Daniel Bigelow, president and managing partner of Monadnock Capital Management, has been elected to the boards of The NASDAQ Stock Market and NASDAQ OMX PHLX.
