Terra Firma is weighing a possible £4 billion offer for RBS Aviation Capital, Financial Times reports. Royal Bank of Scotland is selling the Dublin-based aircraft leasing and management business.
Terra Firma is planning to combine RBS Aviation Capital with Awas, the £1.9 billion aircraft leasing business the fund bought in 2006. Goldman Sachs was appointed by RBS to assist in the sale procedure.
