VTB Capital has received a license from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to offer investment banking services. The approval will also enable VTB Capital Hong Kong to offer dealing and advising on securities activities.
The license will also help VTB facilitate deal flow for Russian clients and provide access to the Chinese market. It will also help the Russian lender in boosting its hold in Asia.
