State Street has appointed Ben Mooney as vice president and transition manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He will report to managing director and head of transition management for EMEA Rick Boomgaardt.
Mooney is rejoining the financial service provider from Wellington Management International, where he was director and client operations manager. He last worked for State Street as a transition manager from 2007 to 2010.
