RREEF Buys U.S. Properties For $151M

RREEF America REIT II has bought three residential properties located in Chicago and Seattle for a total of $151 million.

RREEF America REIT II has bought three residential properties located in Chicago and Seattle for a total of $151 million. Residential tower Cityfront Place in Chicago was acquired for $107 million.

The Seattle properties Eden Hill and Sweetbrier were purchased for $44 million. The RREEF REIT is the real estate investment business of Deutsche Bank’s asset management division.
