Host Hotels is acquiring the Grand Hyatt in Washington DC for $442 million, Citybizlist Real Estate reports. The transaction will also include the assumption of a $166 million mortgage loan. The transaction is expected to be completed in September this year. Host Hotels, which is a hospitality real estate company based in Bethesda, has invested around $1.7 billion in 12 properties this year, adds GlobeSt.
