Publicis Groupe has secured a €1.2 billion credit facility. The new multi-currency revolving facility is scheduled to mature in five years and will be used for general corporate purposes.
The new loan will replace the communication group’s existing credit facility dated December 17, 2004. The syndication was launched on June 21, 2011 for €1 billion, enabling the company to increase the amount to €1.2 billion.
