UniCredit is planning to take part in the Greek debt rollover plan, The Wall Street Journal reports. The bank will participate in the rollover, if requested, to stop a Greek default, according to its CEO Federico Ghizzoni.

UniCredit has about €800 million of Greek exposure. French banks, which are the major holders of Greek sovereign debt, may voluntarily renew some of the maturing bonds, adds Reuters.
