Malauzai Software has added Mike Young and Steve Powless, CEO of Kentucky-based Computer Services to its board of directors, Finextra reports. Young is the former president of banking and thrift at Fiserv.

The duo will join current board members Joe McDoniel, Anthony Ficarra and Tom Shen. Texas-based Malauzai Software helps community financial institutions develop and deploy Cool SmartApps that are customer and member segmented, using proprietary technology and analytics.
