Lehman Brothers Holdings sold an office building in Manhattan for $190.8 million.

Lehman Brothers Holdings sold an office building in Manhattan for $190.8 million, Bloomberg reports. The property was bought by Steven Witkoff, Chairman and CEO of New York-based Witkoff Group.

Other bidders for the asset included Harry Macklowe and SL Green Realty. The net proceeds from the sale for Lehman will be around $155 million.
