Egyptian private equity firm Citadel Capital has selected a Citigroup unit as a financial adviser, Reuters reports. Citigroup Global Markets will handle all the strategic alternatives available to the firm.
It will also provide guidance on any possible acquisition opportunities. In June 2011, the firm was in possible buy-out talks with more than one potential strategic partner.
