HSBC Global Investments has rolled out a tailored hedge fund and alternative solutions in Australia, Financial Standard reports. HSBC Alternative Investments Limited (HAIL) is aimed at Australian institutional clients. HAIL, which has around $28 billion invested in hedge funds globally, offers a hedge fund to fund capability, as well as customized and advisory service. About 86% of HAIL’s assets under management are managed in customized portfolios.
