London & Regional Properties is in talks to buy the headquarters of Spanish construction group FCC in Barcelona and Madrid, PropertyEU reports. The sale-and-leaseback deal is said to be worth €60-70 million. The private investment company of U.K. billionaire brothers Richard Livingstone and Ian Livingstone is expected to remain as occupier of the properties on a 20-year lease. The buyer is being advised by BBVA on the deal.
