Interdealer broker ICAP has hired Brigitte Trafford as director of corporate affairs. In her new role, Trafford will be responsible for all aspects of communications, such as investor relations, media relations, customer and employee communications and coordination of public affairs globally. Previously, she has worked with Lloyds Banking Group, M:Communications and ITV. Current Director of Corporate Affairs Mike Sheard will retire at the end of July 2011.
