Cantor Fitzgerald has appointed Jason King as managing director and head of the firm’s risk arbitrage and relative value team. In the new role, he will work under Jarred Kessler, the firm’s global head of equities. Most recently, King was working with UBS Securities as head of the event driven sales and trading team. The global financial services firm specializing in bond trading has also appointed Jason Caamano, formally with UBS, as managing director to help build the New York-based business.
