Société Générale (SocGen) has set up a link with the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation’s (DTCC) Loan/SERV reconciliation service as both agent bank and lender. SocGen will be able to automate and streamline the processing of syndicated loans, allowing the bank to view and reconcile loan positions with thousands of lenders on a daily basis.
Société Générale has become the first French bank to link to the reconciliation service in North America. BNY Mellon, Barclays Capital, Citi, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are some of the other banks using the service.
