Russell To Float Three FoF ETFs

Russell Investments is planning to launch three new actively managed fund-of-funds ETFs to utilize the exemptive relief obtained by the acquisition of U.S. One.

Russell Investments is planning to launch three new actively managed fund-of-funds (FOF) ETFs to utilize the exemptive relief obtained by the acquisition of U.S. One, Index Universe reports. The Russell Global Opportunity ETF will have at least 30% of its portfolio allocated to non-U.S. securities through underlying ETFs. The fixed-income Russell Bond ETF will invest in U.S. and foreign fixed-income securities through a basket, comprising bond ETFs, while the Russell Real Return ETF seeks a total return that exceeds the rate of inflation over an economic cycle. Russell Investment Management is the advisor of the funds.
