Bank of America Merrill Lynch has appointed Mary Deignan as managing director and head of Americas equity capital markets. Deignan will manage equity and equity-linked capital markets, syndicate and corporate equity derivative activities in the region. Based in New York, she will work under head of global equity capital markets, Dan Cummings. Most recently, Deignan served as head of Americas equity capital markets at UBS. Prior to that, she worked with Merrill Lynch.
