Bloomberg Tradebook, the broker-dealer unit of the news and data group, is floating an expanded equity research platform, Financial Times reports. The platform will connect traders to a variety of independent research providers, rather than joining one research firm.
Tradebook will now have consultants who can work with traders to find research. The platform already includes Thompson Research Group and is now seeking to include Capital Markets Research, IPO Financial Network, Roubini Global Economics, Sales Pulse Research, Turning Point Analytics, Two Rivers Analytics and Veritas Investment Research.
