NBIM Splits CIO Role Into Three

Norges Bank Investment Management has made changes to its senior investment management team.

Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) has made changes to its senior investment management team. The firm has appointed Petter Johnsen as CIO for equities, Karsten Kallevig as CIO for real estate and Yngve Slyngstad as CIO for allocation. Jan Thomsen will be chief risk officer at the manager of the $559 billion Norwegian Pension Fund Global, replacing deputy CEO Trond Grande. Grande will also be chief of staff.
