Rothschild Private Bank has appointed Riccardo Petrachi as head of its ultra high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, Financial News reports. Petrachi will join the newly created role for clients with more than $27.2 million in assets on Oct. 1, 2011. He will report to Thomas Pixner, head of private clients at Rothschild Bank Switzerland. Previously, Petrachi was co-head of UHNW international at UBS. He has also worked as head of equity derivative sales at Lehman Brothers and at Goldman Sachs.
