Providence Equity Partners will acquire U.S. defense consulting company, SRA International, The Wall Street Journal reports. The private equity firm will pay $1.88 billion in cash for the acquisition.
As per the deal, Virginia-based SRA also has a 30-day go-shop period, adds Reuters.Citigroup and Bank of America Merrill Lynch advised Providence on the deal, while SRA International appointed Houlihan Lokey as the financial adviser.
