BMO Capital Markets is opening a foreign exchange office in Hong Kong. The foreign exchange practice of the firm will be managed by Jolway Li, who has been appointed head of FX Asia (ex-China). Li was previously serving in BMO’s Chicago office, and will now be responsible for growing the foreign exchange business in Hong Kong. BMO Capital Markets currently offers foreign exchange services in China through its Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing offices.
