Highbridge Capital Management has named its COO Todd Builione as president and COO. In his new role, Builione will continue to develop new investment strategies and will lead Highbridge’s institutional quality organizational infrastructure. Builione is a member of the Highbridge board of managers, the executive committee and the hedge fund investment committee, and also chairs the operating committee. Builione, who joined Highbridge as head of corporate strategy in 2005, was promoted to COO in 2009.
