Deutsche Telekom Raises $1.25B

Deutsche Telekom International Finance has raised $1.25 billion in a sale of notes.

Deutsche Telekom International Finance has raised $1.25 billion in a sale of notes, Reuters reports. The senior notes were sold in the 144a private placement market. The notes carry a coupon rate of 3.125% and are due to mature on April 11, 2016. The finance arm of Deutsche Telekom appointed Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities as the joint bookrunning managers for the deal.
