HarbourVest Partners has promoted executives Jeff Keay, Karin Lagerlund, Sebastiaan Berg and Scott Voss to managing directors. Separately, the private equity firm is opening a new office in Latin America. Managing director, Peter Lipson, is heading the effort to establish the new office in Bogotá, Colombia. HarbourVest is also expanding its team in Asia, with Philip Bilden, managing director in the region, moving to a senior advisor role and Sebastiaan van den Berg assuming day-to-day responsibility for the management of the Hong Kong team as managing director.
