Eaton Vance has appointed Charles Turgeon as vice president, institutional business development. In his newly created role, he will be in charge of identifying and developing relationships with institutional investors and investment consultants. He will work under Scott Ruddick, managing director of institutional. Before joining Eaton Vance, Turgeon served as business development director for Mellon Capital Management.
