Jefferies Group has appointed Alexander Yavorsky as a managing director in its financial institutions group, Bloomberg reports. In his new role, Yavorsky will advise banks on tapping capital markets and on balance-sheet strategies.
Prior to joining the investment bank, Yavorsky covered equity and derivatives exchanges at Moody’s. He has also served at NYSE Euronext, CME Group and Nasdaq OMX Group.
