EI du Pont de Nemours has raised $2 billion in sale of senior unsecured notes in four-parts.

EI du Pont de Nemours has raised $2 billion in sale of senior unsecured notes in four-parts, Reuters reports. The chemicals company appointed Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan as the active joint bookrunning managers for the deal. The $600 million notes sold in the first tranche and the $400 million notes sold in the second part are due to mature on March 25, 2014. The $500 million notes sold in the third tranche are scheduled to mature on April 1, 2016, while the $500 million notes sold in the fourth tranche will mature on April 1, 2021.
