Russell Investments has boosted its transition management teams. The U.S. investment products provider has appointed Josh Houchin and Eric Ellingson for its Seattle headquarters. Houchin will focus on the fixed income business, while Ellingson will function as an associate portfolio manager. Russell has also appointed Tim Wilkinson, Catherine Darlington and James Aylett for its London office, while Daniel Birch has been hired for its Sydney-based team.
