Sparinvest has acquired its local Danish rival, Atrium Asset Management, Citywire reports. Atrium Asset Management, the fund management arm of Danish financial advisory firm Atrium Partners, has two European small cap funds. The Luxembourg-domiciled Atrium Value Partners SICAV and the European Small Cap and the Denmark-domiciled Atrium Value Partner Europe Small Cap funds will now be managed at Sparinvest. The Atrium funds’ managers, Karsten Løngaard and Lisbeth Nielsen will join the Sparinvest team and will report to Jens Rasmussen.
