Santander has reopened its property fund, Santander Banif Inmobiliario, after a two-year closure, Citywire reports. The €2.5 billion fund was officially reopened at the beginning of this month. The Spanish lender has raised around 10% of the vehicle’s total assets through the sale of some of its properties. The fund-raising has allowed Santander to avoid liquidation of its fund.
