Goldman To Buy $70M AppSense Stake

Goldman Sachs will acquire a minority stake in AppSense.

Goldman Sachs will acquire a minority stake in AppSense, Financial Times reports. The New York-based lender will pay around $70 million for the U.K. software company’s equity. The Cheshire-based company plans to use the proceeds from Goldman’s investment to boost its expansion in the U.S. As per the agreement, Goldman’s managing director, Pete Perrone, will join AppSense’s board of directors.
