BNY Mellon Asset Servicing has been chosen by Virtus Investment Partners to provide mutual fund transfer agency services. BNY Mellon will offer shareholder services, financial and regulatory reporting as well as money market stress testing for the Virtus Mutual Funds.
BNY Mellon currently provides fund accounting and administration, Blue Sky, custody services and shareholder services for closed-end funds of Virtus. The Virtus Mutual Funds had about $14.9 billion in assets and 290,000 shareholder accounts as of Dec. 31, 2010.
