Thomson Reuters has launched new equity indices to track the Middle East markets, Finextra reports. The 500 new regional indices include indices from the equity markets of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey, Morocco and Egypt. The new indices will allow clients to monitor market movements by covering 51 countries and 24 regions. The indices will be accessible via desktops and data feeds in products, such as Thomson Reuters Eikon, Thomson Reuters 3000 Xtra, Thomson Reuters Datastream, StarMine and Thomson Reuters Portfolio Analytics.
