FDIC Shuts Four U.S. Banks

Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation has closed four banks in the U.S.

Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has closed four banks in the U.S., Reuters reports. First Community Bank of New Mexico has been closed and its deposits will be assumed by National Association. McFarland State Bank of McFarland will assume the deposits of Evergreen State Bank, in Wisconsin, while Bank 7 will assume the deposits of First State Bank, Oklahoma. Colorado’s FirsTier Bank will also be shut down.
