TD Ameritrade Holding COO, David Kelley, is stepping down from his role at the U.S. online brokerage.

TD Ameritrade Holding COO, David Kelley, is stepping down from his role at the U.S. online brokerage. Kelley joined TD Ameritrade in June 2006 as senior vice president of the retail investor group and was named COO in October 2008, adds The Wall Street Journal. Kelley has also served at Merrill Lynch. TD Ameritrade will conduct a search for his successor and consider both internal and external candidates.
