Shine Productions, founded by Elisabeth Murdoch, has appointed JPMorgan to advise on the company’s future, Financial Times reports. Shine Productions may be acquired by Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp.
JPMorgan will provide strategic options and growth opportunities for the company, including possible acquisitions by Shine. JPMorgan is also advising News Corp on its proposed bid for British Sky Broadcasting.
