J.P. Morgan is survey champion, but Bank of America Merrill Lynch is home to the highest number of top-ranked researchers.

J.P. Morgan not only captures the top spot on Institutional Investor’s All-America Fixed-Income Research Team for a seventh straight year, it also lays claim to more analysts and teams considered the best in their coverage areas than any other firm but Bank of America Merrill Lynch (which lands in second place overall). The latter firm has 15 sector champions; the former, 14.
