Chile’s Inversiones Raises $500M

Inversiones CMPC has raised a total of $500 million in a note sale.

Inversiones CMPC has raised a total of $500 million in a note sale, Reuters reports. The Chilean conglomerate’s bonds, which carry a coupon rate of 4.75%, will mature on Jan. 19, 2018.

The securities, which are guaranteed by Empresas CMPC, were sold in the 144a private placement market. The joint book-running managers for the sale were Citigroup and JP Morgan.
