Immucor has secured a $615 million seven-year loan B to back its buyout by TPG Capital.

Immucor has secured a $615 million seven-year loan B to back its buyout by TPG Capital, Bloomberg reports. The loan was arranged by Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and UBS. The loan was arranged with an interest rate of 5.75% points more than the London interbank offered rate and a 1.5% floor on the lending benchmark. Immucor is a developer of products for the blood-transfusion industry.
