BlackRock has appointed Simon White as head of investment trusts, Financial Times reports. He will be reporting to Jonathan Ruck Keene, who has been named head of closed-end funds for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
White will be in charge of handling and expanding BlackRock’s investment trust range in the U.K. He joins BlackRock from RCM Investors, a unit of Allianz Global Investors, where he held the same position.
