State Street has named Tom Forrester as managing director and head of its operations in Kansas City, Missouri, PLANSPONSOR reports. In his new role, Forrester will develop State Street’s businesses and services, supporting pension fund, insurance company and asset manager relationships.

The operation offers custody, fund administration and other investment services to mutual fund, insurance, asset manager and pension fund clients. Forrester joined State Street in 1988 and has held a variety of leadership roles in investor services, strategy development and corporate trust.
