ICS Compliance has re-branded itself as ICS Risk Advisors. The New York–based risk advisory firm has also scaled up its operation and will now provide a more robust suite of value-added solutions such as regulatory compliance, internal audit and risk management programs.

To support the evolution of the business, ICS Risk Advisors has hired George Mark as president of internal audit and James Lacovara as managing director of credit risk management. Jan Koster will be managing director of information technology services.
