Alain Grisay will step down as CEO of F&C Asset Management. He will give up the board position and his role as group CEO in May.
The board has named Edward Bramson as executive chairman till the handover in May. He assumes responsibility for the group’s strategy with immediate effect. Grisay will continue to provide consultation and advice until the end of September, when he retires.
