Jefferies has expanded its fixed income division with the appointment of new senior vice president. The firm has hired Daniel Brierley as a senior vice president and trader within the firm’s rates business.

He is joining Jefferies from Credit Suisse, where he was director in rates trading. Jefferies’ Global Rates Group includes over 120 professionals in the U.S., London, Paris, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo.
