Consumer-focused venture capital firm Maveron has appointed Andrew Trader as venture partner. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2010 as an entrepreneur in residence to assess new web-enabled consumer service opportunities. Previously, Trader was a member of Zynga’s founding team. Before that, he was CEO of Utah Street Networks and was also co-founder of Coremetrics, a website marketing company.
