Oil company, Kosmos Energy, has raised the size of its initial public offering (IPO) to $621 million from $500 million. The Bermuda-based company will sell 30 million shares in the IPO and offer an additional 4.5 million shares to the underwriters to cover any over-allotments, adds RTT News. Credit Suisse, Citigroup and Barclays Capital have been appointed as the underwriters of the IPO. The shares are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The net proceeds may be used to fund capital expenditures for exploration and appraisal drilling program and development activities.
