Jo-Ann Stores has raised about $450 million in a sale of senior notes. The U.S crafts and fabrics specialty retailer sold the bonds in the 144a private placement market. The notes, which carry a coupon rate of 8.12%, will mature on March 15, 2019. The joint book-running managers for the sale were JP Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays.
