Louis Joubert has been appointed by U.K. banking provider Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) as global head of technology for its global banking and market operations’ research function, Waters Technology reports. He reports to global head of client and sales technology Craig Goulding.
Formerly, Joubert was associated with Sydney-based, banking provider Macquarie Bank as head of eCommerce IT. He has also worked with midsize investment banking firm Dresdner Kleinwort Securities.
